Job Summary
This role will act as the leader and main point of contact when it comes to the bottom unit in the footwear development process.
You will work closely with designers, developers, and the outsourcing hub in Asia to provide a smooth and effective transition from concept creation to prototyping and production.
You'll be joining a growing team of five tooling experts, a specialized group at the heart of the global Footwear Engineering team, fueled by a culture of relentless discovery.

2D and 3D CAD modeling
Material and mold construction knowledge
Manufacturing methods expertise

Experience with Simulation (FEA)

Working in innovation and sport engineering teams
Ability to work with multiple deadlines
Fluent English communication
Key Requirements
Higher education degree in Engineering or Design
5+ years engineering experience in footwear development
Experience working with 2D and 3D CAD files (Rhinoceros ideally)
Technical knowledge in material, manufacturing, and plastic molding
