Job Summary

  • This position works in the main kitchen preparing food items for the facility, fulfilling the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
  • Must be creative in designing buffet food presentations and preparing recipes as directed, while maintaining all kitchen equipment cleanliness and a clean safe working environment.
  • Will sometimes be required to cook in concession stands and must have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes.
