Job Summary
This position works in the main kitchen preparing food items for the facility, fulfilling the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
Must be creative in designing buffet food presentations and preparing recipes as directed, while maintaining all kitchen equipment cleanliness and a clean safe working environment.
Will sometimes be required to cook in concession stands and must have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes.
