Job Summary

  • Implement and facilitate integral project activities according to adopted technical approaches, national and regional strategy, child protection policies, and organizational guidelines to contribute to the well-being and protection of children, adolescents, and youth.
  • Strengthen community organization and training to ensure the successful implementation of the methodology and/or Community Development Plan in the region where World Vision Mexico operates.
  • Develop and strengthen strategic alliances with community leaders, volunteers, and local partners in defined communities to contribute to the strategic and Community Development plan.

Salary

Base: $12,533.00 MXN monthly gross; Benefits: $2,518 MXN monthly grocery vouchers + $700.00 MXN monthly transportation support + Life Insurance + SGMM + 30 days of aguinaldo
