Base: $35.50 - $53.25 per hour; Bonus/Equity: $16,000 sign-on bonus eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off

Key Requirements
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 12 months
Surgical First Assist (CSFA) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) certification within 12 months
3 years surgical technologist or assistant experience
completion of accredited surgical technology program
