The Portfolio Management Specialist II serves as a learning bridge between a Specialist 1 and Portfolio Manager, understanding the basics of the mortgage industry and Shellpoint's role as a Servicer.
Responsibilities include supporting a designated Portfolio Manager, serving as a point of contact for smaller clients, producing client reporting, facilitating client meetings, and suggesting strategy on assigned loan portfolios.
