The successful candidate will build a scalable content production engine that ranks without requiring senior review for every piece while managing vendor relationships.
Brex offers a hybrid work environment requiring two days in the Seattle office per week with up to four weeks of fully remote work annually.

Must-have
8+ years SEO or organic growth experience
3+ years leading team and owning budget
Technical SEO depth including Core Web Vitals
AI visibility fluency in answer engines
Content production engine management
Vendor management and cost reduction
Nice-to-have
Experience navigating major Google algorithm updates
Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation systems
Practitioner of AI automation tools in workflows
Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries
Comfort with ambiguity and building functions from scratch
Key Requirements
8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing
