BS or MS degree in life sciences
Experience in BSL-2 setting and aseptic techniques
Mammalian cell culture expertise
Virus titration using TCID50 and focus-forming assays
Manage virus and reagent inventories
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Background in respiratory and herpes virology
Experience with large-scale suspension culture and bioreactors
Gene sequence and mutation analysis
