The Catering & Special Events Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations for the special events and catering department, planning and executing events as assigned.
Responsibilities include creating event orders, floor plans, BEO meetings, and coordinating with the culinary team for menu selection and cost tracking.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a hospitality coordinator role with working knowledge of culinary/food & beverage and strong communication skills.
