Job Summary

  • Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Gymnastics will play a leading role in driving coaching excellence and athlete performance across the gymnastics programme for Tanglin students aged 3–18
  • Working closely with the Director of Gymnastics, they will design and implement a clear developmental pathway that supports progression from foundational skills through to advanced performance levels
  • This includes setting and maintaining coaching standards, mentoring and upskilling coaches, and ensuring consistent delivery aligned with programme goals
