The Health Care Aide provides personal care and performs selected tasks under the direction of the Director of Health & Wellness while adhering to regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, observing and reporting changes in their condition, and escalating medical emergencies as appropriate.

Key Requirements
Graduate of Health Care Aide program (500 hours theory/practicum)
Experience working with seniors in community health services
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
Complete Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
