Job Summary
Provide routine daily care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Transport behavioral residents to medical appointments using a company van and work as a caregiver on the floor when not on appointments.
Record all entries in an informative and descriptive manner and report all accidents and incidents promptly.
