Job Summary

  • FanDuel is looking for a CRM Operations Associate to help execute our CRM communication strategy and marketing initiatives, playing a key role supporting customer engagement programs with increased ownership and strategic responsibility.
  • This role involves leading individual CRM projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, developing strategic marketing campaigns, managing the CRM calendar, and driving process innovation and automation.
  • The position requires 1-3 years of experience in email/mobile marketing, strong analytical and project management skills, and knowledge of marketing tech systems like Braze, Xtremepush, and/or Movable Ink.
