Job Summary

  • Provide techno-functional support for PeopleSoft applications, assisting global stakeholders with issues related to key financial modules including General Ledger, Asset Management, Allocations, Billing and Accounts Receivable.
  • Address and resolve end-user issues in PeopleSoft FSCM modules focusing on Order to Cash and Record to Report processes, diagnosing and resolving technical issues within the ERP system environment and support finance end users.
  • Facilitate application enhancement initiatives by conducting comprehensive functional and regression testing prior to production migration, analyzing business needs, evaluating system capabilities, and proposing optimal solutions.
