  • Manage the full customer lifecycle covering pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sale services, overseeing Customer Quality Order, Out-of-Box Audit, Customer Quality Engineering, In-Process Monitoring, and Pre-shipment Inspection.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals in a 24x7 operating mode, ensuring quality requirements are communicated, deployed, and enforced, and driving 100% compliance with strict quality specifications.
  • Drive the reduction of customer complaints through internal investigations, root cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and detailed 8D reporting to ensure sustained customer satisfaction.

  • Hands-on experience in inspection and testing
  • Experience in systematic problem-solving (8D, Six Sigma)
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
