Job Summary
Prepare, combine, season and/or cook food served in Bryce Jordan Center according to standardized recipes, methods and/or procedures.
Operate and clean utensils and equipment such as grinders, grills, slicers, mixers, food choppers, ovens, hoods, filters, deep fat fryers, sinks, steam jacketed kettles, steamers, etc.
