Base: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses and discretionary bonuses possible; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years experience or higher degree with less experience
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance
5+ years experience in solid rocket motor design or systems engineering
