Key Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Proven background in maintenance, engineering, construction, and property operations
Experience with CMMS/Work Order Management systems (preferred)
Ability to interpret construction specifications and blueprints
Strong understanding of contract language
Skilled in Building Management Systems monitoring
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid financial management discipline
Familiarity with financial systems such as Yardi (a plus)
