Salary
Base: $160,000 - $240,000 USD Annual; Bonus: Incentive compensation available for exempt roles; Benefits: Comprehensive plan including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off

Must-have
4+ years professional software engineering experience
Strong production experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
Solid understanding of software design best practices
Experience with complex systems requiring high reliability
