Job Summary
Responsible for obtaining meal orders from patients over the phone by verifying physician diet orders and entering meal selections into CBORD.
Delivers excellent satisfaction utilizing phone etiquette (AIDET) and acts as a liaison between patients and departments to ensure meal delivery needs are met.
Takes ownership of the room service call center program and resolves issues while generating tray tickets and assisting patients with ordering meals.
