  • Complete Interprovincial Fourth Class Power Engineering Certificate within 12 months
  • Perform duties of Operator 3
  • Work alone capability
  • Physical condition without fear of heights
  • Climb ladders
  • British Columbia Class ‘5’ driver’s license
  • Obtain Occupation First Aid 1 within 6 months
