Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or related field
  • 3-6 years of work experience in facilities, space planning, occupancy planning/management, or CAD/CAFM related roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong PowerPoint abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Expert-level data analytical skills
  • Ability to lead through influence
  • Highly organized, independent, multi-tasking, time management skills
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at strategic level
  • Experience in interior office renovations and change management
  • AutoCAD and CAFM system experience
  • Tableau experience desired
  • Working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles, and workplace trends
  • Experience supporting construction projects
  • Background managing executive-level client relationships
  • Professional certifications in facility management (FMP, CFM), space planning, or related disciplines
