The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.

Key Requirements
5+ years industrial maintenance experience
2+ years supervisory experience preferred
Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred
Ability to work in manufacturing and foundry plant environment
Must be able to climb and operate on catwalks, ladders, equipment
Requires shift work, overtime, or on-call availability
