Must-have
15+ years business experience in Project Management
Direct oversight of $800MM annual spend portfolio
Experience managing major capital projects $100MM to $500MM
Strong knowledge of cGMPs and Regulatory Requirements
Proven track record delivering global Supply Chain facilities
Nice-to-have
LEED AP certification preferred
PMP or comparable Certification
Professional Engineering License preferred
Experience in Operations R&D and Supply Chain
Familiarity with J&J FPX & IDEA Process
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or Construction Management
Prior supervisor's experience with direct reports required
Experience in Design and Construction Management highly recommended
Strong oral and written English communication skills required
Ability to travel up to 50% with variable increases during peak phases
