Ensures the safe transportation of residents to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities, resident outings, etc.

Assists residents with loading and unloading
Safe transportation of residents
Maintains vehicle interior and exterior
Monitors vehicle maintenance logs

Key Requirements
Must be 25 years of age or older
Valid DL and familiar with GPS
Pass drug screen and background check
CPR and First Aide Certified
Training in safe clinical based transfer techniques
Lift, transfer, and mobilize patient weights up to 75 pounds
