  • Provide strategic and technical leadership and tactical direction to the diverse and hardworking team of Contact Lens & Surgical Vision Engineering Technology Development Engineers and Project Managers.
  • Direct and control the activities of a multi-disciplinary Engineering function & our Technology Development Project Portfolio in developing and deploying technical solutions on highly automated production equipment and processes.
  • Engage, inspire, empower, and coach a highly competent team, and collaborate both horizontally and vertically across functions, sites, and the overall enterprise to enable year over year growth, new products, process simplification, and technology development.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant business experience
