Must-have
8+ years software engineering experience
5+ years Python web framework experience
5+ years Relational DB PostgreSQL experience
Full stack development capabilities
Production-grade AI system ownership
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with agentic coding tools
Experience building SaaS products in AWS
Knowledge of distributed systems architecture
Hands-on containerization with Docker Kubernetes
Exposure to Java backend or TypeScript frontend
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer related field or equivalent
P4: 8+ years total software engineering experience
