Job Summary
The Applications Operations Coordinator supports, analyzes, and optimizes operational programs, primarily utilities, including prior resident balances and collections, deposits and deposit alternatives, and renters’ insurance.
This role works closely with onsite teams, vendors, and corporate partners to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while embodying the CWS Purpose and Values.
Key responsibilities include analyzing utility and energy data, managing property utility accounts, building and maintaining audit programs, and supporting incident response for compliance issues.

Key Requirements
