• 3-5+ years regional property manager experience
• Budget and financials experience required
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred in Business or Real Estate
• Real Estate license required or preferred
• Industry certifications preferred (CPM, CAPS, CAM)
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
