The operator is expected to monitor for and detect faulty machine operation, defective materials and/or process problems and communicate to the supervisor.

Machine setup and adjustment
Quality documentation completion
Monitoring machine performance
Use of control panels and tensioning systems

Key Requirements
Knowledge of extrusion line and accessory equipment
Ability to set gears, ratios and heats to specifications
