Base: $172,900 - $328,700 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off

Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Shop Floor Control Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Leading multi-skilled planning and production teams
Financial budget management and cost control
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma, CORE, Lean Manufacturing experience
Department of Defense (DoD) environment background
Special Program Access business systems knowledge
Continuous improvement and diagnostic skills

Key Requirements
Minimum 12 years relevant experience or 10 years with advanced degree
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship required prior to start date
University Degree in related field
