Job Summary
Develop, promote, and technically advise on the handling, preparation, and application of proteins (meats, poultry, fish, and alternatives) for Mayca clients, contributing to category growth through training, culinary demonstrations, and specialized support.
Provide technical and culinary advice on protein usage, handling, and performance to HORECA channel clients, design and execute gastronomic demonstrations, training sessions, and product presentations.
