Precision Medicine Group is seeking a fully remote Site Contracts Manager to oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of legal agreements related to clinical trials. The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of relevant experience in a CRO or healthcare setting, particularly with site contracts

Job Summary

  • Review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendment agreements.
  • Work closely with Clinical Operations study team and play a key role to ensure deliverables are in alignment with defined study timelines.
  • Establish, track, report and manage site contract metrics and support the maintenance of contract files and databases.
