Lead comprehensive training, mentorship, and development programs for new hires and tenured staff, including structured onboarding, skill reinforcement, and ongoing coaching.
Support product innovation and quality initiatives by performing early clinical feasibility testing, analyzing workflow and protocol effectiveness, and refining exam card and protocol standards.
