The Procurement Officer will be responsible for carrying out procurement processes in line with PATH policies, donor regulations, and local laws, while also sensitizing project staff and tracking orders.
Key responsibilities include preparing bid invitations, conducting vendor due diligence, preparing management reports, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and value maximization in procurement.

Key Requirements
