MUFG Oceania is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor at the Vice President level to provide guidance and support in employee relations matters within a complex financial services environment. The role requires significant experience in employment law and employee relations case management, with a focus on compliance and conflict resolution

Job Summary

  • Provide employee relations (ER) guidance and support and solutions to employees and managers as assigned to address concerns, resolve complaints, and respond to questions while ensuring adherence to internal Global, regional, and external policy and regulation.
  • Investigate employee inquiries and concerns, escalating high-risk issues and incidents to more ER/HR management and partnering with team to investigate and provide resolution.
  • The typical base pay range for this role is between $117K - $146K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
