The Student Sustainability Representative is integral to making Campus Dining a more sustainable endeavor by ensuring the organization pushes forward with leading sustainable solutions.
Candidates must be able to self-direct their own projects and learning while educating peers and coworkers regarding practices related to sustainability.
Responsibilities include monitoring sustainability benchmarks within Residential Dining, leading outreach events on food waste, and collaborating with Eco Reps and the Student Farm.
