The Specialist coordinates and implements improvement initiatives, focusing on safety through leading steps to building a HRO (High Reliability Organization).
A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and could start at 7:00am or 7:30am due to meetings.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field
Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) required within one year of hire
Certified Patient Safety Professional (CPPS) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required within one year of hire
Seven years of related experience
Previous experience with Joint Commission, HFAP, CMS surveys
