Job Summary
Lead Multifunctional Teams to perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on operational challenges and design strategic "clean-up" initiatives to streamline workflows.
Perform regular, detailed analysis of incoming and outgoing non-conformities to identify trends and risks, and develop regular reporting for the Quality Organization based on defined KPIs.
Act as the primary driver for adopting Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance the Goods Receipt (GR) and overall Quality processes, and drive the implementation of AOS standards.

5 years of experience
Degree in Aviation Business or similar
Quality Inspector or Conformance Manager role
Experience with aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, TCCA)
