Key Requirements
Graduate degree in psychology, social work, recreational therapy, art therapy, music therapy, or behavioral health science; OR QMHP certification; OR Bachelor's degree in nursing and licensed by Oregon; OR Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and licensed by Oregon; OR Qualified Mental Health Intern
One year of full-time experience demonstrating competencies
Qualified Mental Health Professional at time of hire
Pass Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) background check
