Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of salary reserve and lapsed salary preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of IBIS, NCFS, and FIORI preferred
  • Considerable knowledge of state budget preparation process and underlying legislation preferred
