Key Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace hardware development or production support
  • Experience leading or owning Materials Review Boards
  • Strong understanding of engineering change processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineers
