Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for architecting, optimizing, and scaling Gainsight to drive retention, expansion, and data-driven customer lifecycle management.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining health score frameworks, CTAs, playbooks, and lifecycle stages, as well as building and managing automated customer journeys.
