Job Summary
As a Senior Coating Technician, you will be accountable for all daily field tasks and independently perform all activities essential to day-to-day operations without supervision.
You will be responsible for training and mentoring technicians and laborers, leading STAC meetings, and communicating effectively with the Foreman & Superintendent.
