Direct hands-on experience with various products utilizing multiple-axis machining, turning and/or grinding centers, and interface with area leadership to prioritize work based on production schedule and organizational goals.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 7 years in managing or supervising a Team
Minimum of 15 years in a manufacturing working hands on environment
Minimum of 10 years in CNC programming
Minimum of 5 years in working with multi axis machines
Minimum of 5 years working with hardened metals
Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures
Ability to work effectively with a strong work ethic
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with teams
