Job Summary
Serves as the real estate transaction manager for company operated stores throughout the United States, supporting field managers with negotiations, counsel, and information regarding existing company real estate, acquisitions, dispositions and surplus real estate.
Develops and maintains accurate and up-to-date lease action plans for all stores within company portfolio in database, ensuring implementation prior to lease expiration or other critical dates.
Assists with the disposition of company surplus properties, including marketing, sale or sublease negotiation, account receivable collection, and partners with brokers to find new tenants and negotiates lease agreements.
