Job Summary

  • Motivate, train, coach, and lead the team to ensure effective operation procedures and meeting the company’s KPIs.
  • Ensure activities under charge comply with GxP and other areas related to Occupational, Safety & Health Acts.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of picking, sorting, checking, packing, weighing, and labelling activities in accordance with stipulated SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Diploma/Certificates in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management or related field
  • Working understanding of distribution centre, distribution and transportation
  • Hands-on experience in warehousing, pick and pack functions
  • Proficiencies in office productivity tools
  • Fluency in local language and English
