PATH is seeking a temporary Associate Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition efforts, focusing primarily on the Asia, Middle East, and Europe regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic recruiting and a strong ability to develop talent pipelines while collaborating with various stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs

Job Summary

  • This role will partner closely with our HR Business Partners and Country Program Leaders to develop a long-term strategy to hire top talent, improve processes, develop, and implement creative pipeline strategy.
  • Responsibilities include developing comprehensive recruiting strategies, talent market research and talent pipelines, and building strong relationships with client teams.
  • Ensure compliance with PATH policies and practices and applicable local labor laws, and participate in the development and optimization of recruiting processes and best practices.
