Job Summary
Manage and lead the Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering and be the factory’s Management Team member.
Work closed with the stakeholders from Business Line, Global Supply Chain Organization, Factory Operations to ensure adequate order loading levels are maintained to maximize output, utilization and earn for operation.
Develop, support and coach order fulfillment team members to expand team skill, knowledge and capability.

Experience in multi-national business and complex manufacturing
