  • As an Operations Manager II, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs.
  • Your time will be spent running the daily operations of the entire New York market, as well as driving improvement measures, and operational strategy.
  • Success for this role will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability of operations, constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our business for growth.
