ASM Global is seeking a Catering/Food & Beverage Manager for the Lake Charles Event Center, responsible for managing the Food and Beverage Department's daily operations, including catering, concessions, and budget management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food and beverage management, strong customer service skills, and a focus on financial oversight.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting with the daily management of the Food and Beverage Department to include concessions, mobile carts, general event catering, culinary, catering sales, menu development, financials, and budgets.
The Catering / Food & Beverage Manager assists and coordinates the entire food and beverage operation by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
